CareCam — AI-assisted therapy intelligence platform, from 0→1 to live pilot
Therapy progress was evaluated retrospectively via fragmented notes — delaying insight and plateau detection. I led end-to-end ownership: product strategy, UX architecture, frontend execution, clinical validation.
An AI layer converts session video into structured, therapist-validated clinical reports. Validated on 47 sessions across 5 centers. Presented roadmap to NIEPID leadership — 5 centers actively uploading session data.



ECMO — Team Leader decision support under extreme time pressure
Critical ECMO scenarios relied on fragmented coordination, memory-driven task sequencing, and role ambiguity under time pressure.
Designed a structured orchestration system guiding eligibility assessment (VA/VV/ECPR), role assignment, and live task execution. Presented to Southern Adelaide Local Health Network — in expert review for Team Leader training.


TenMed — Under 2-minute ambulance dispatch system
Manual call logging, fragmented coordination, and Excel-based workflows delayed ambulance assignment in critical scenarios.
Unified real-time dispatch system: call intake, intelligent driver surfacing, and map-based assignment in one workflow. Reduced cognitive load and improved live visibility across operators and drivers.
