ABOUT

A mathematician, artist, and educator before a designer — my path through NID Ahmedabad shaped how I approach complexity: with rigour, craft, and multiple perspectives. When I'm not designing, I sketch, swim, practise yoga, and meditate.

11+ years of system-level product experience across global consumer ecosystems and high-stakes AI platforms. Led platform-scale UX and visual systems at Samsung & OPPO, reaching 660M+ users globally. Led 0→1 AI product development in HealthTech — CareCam is in live pilot validation. Designed decision-support systems for high-stakes domains: ECMO, emergency dispatch. Focus: reducing cognitive load through structured, measurable product systems.

CareCam — AI-assisted therapy intelligence platform, from 0→1 to live pilot

Therapy progress was evaluated retrospectively via fragmented notes — delaying insight and plateau detection. I led end-to-end ownership: product strategy, UX architecture, frontend execution, clinical validation.

An AI layer converts session video into structured, therapist-validated clinical reports. Validated on 47 sessions across 5 centers. Presented roadmap to NIEPID leadership — 5 centers actively uploading session data.

ECMO — Team Leader decision support under extreme time pressure

Critical ECMO scenarios relied on fragmented coordination, memory-driven task sequencing, and role ambiguity under time pressure.

Designed a structured orchestration system guiding eligibility assessment (VA/VV/ECPR), role assignment, and live task execution. Presented to Southern Adelaide Local Health Network — in expert review for Team Leader training.

Samsung R&D — system-level interaction & Human-AI design across 6 years

Led multi-year system-level interaction design across Tizen, Android, and Watch platforms. Developed multimodal (touch + voice) frameworks and built production-ready design guidelines bridging exploratory research to shipped products.

Defined XR interaction guidelines, developed Human-AI interaction standards for IoT ecosystems (L0–L3 AI awareness levels), and contributed to AR Emoji asset systems and AR Glass interaction explorations.
